Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

I booked gas for home delivery on23.01.09 but till today 06.02.09 not deliver. Whenever I make phone call or meet physically to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. We do not want to face more problem by informing you. If possible to regularised gas delivery, we will be thankful to you.
