Horrendous delay in new gas booking

Resp Sir,

I have booked a second cylinder on 10th March with "Kankriya Gas Agency, Sangvi, Pune". At the time of booking I was assured that due to shortage of cylinders from Company, it will take 6 months to get a connection. To date 11 months have been passed and I am still awaiting for my cylinder. Everytime I enquire, I get the same frustrating answer that due to shortage in company it will take more 6 months.

You never know what problem we have to face when the only Gas Cylinder goes suddenly and you have no alternate option.

I beg you to redress this issue at earliest.
