Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

I booked gas on29.01.2009 but till today 13.02.2009 not deliver. Whenever i go to agency to take delivery, he says tomorrow you must be take gascylender. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. I personaly go to agency to take delivery from last three days at 6 am to collect my delivery but, at 9.30 am manager says the truck of clenders not come and you take delivery next day. I am not the single person there is lot of peoples are suffering sane problem fronm last six months. My Gas Agency Distributor Name Is Majitha Gas Verka

Note :- They are taking full pament including home delivery charges but we take delivery our self there is no delivery man provided by agency.
