Not able to get new connection pathetic service

Hi,

I have asked for a gas booking with Omkar gas Thane (Gorebunder Road) in the month of December for a new line connection nder the customer name: Jairaj Nair. However it seems that your dealers are so busy that they cant call us and give us a new connection.

The phone lines are always busy bcoz the phones are kept off the hook and the lady sitting in the shop could care least for a customer's problem.

Address the issue urgently to avooid further complaint to consumer courts.
