Non-Delivery of gas cylinde

Sir,

I am satarkar M.F.A.R., (Consumer No. 603373, ) have booked a gas cylinder on 16th Feb. on phone to my HP Gas Agency, Amit Gas Agency, Shop No. 13, Madina Complex, at Po. Goregaon, Dist. Raigad. and It's Distribution Code is 127180,

After the booking gas cylinder till date i have not received the cylinder inspite of my kind request continuously this agency. I have only got replied in today, tomorrow we will send delivery of gas to you, also, i have been advised to carry the cylinder on bike, which risky and illegal, In Case of gas leakage condition immediate service is not provided.

As a last efforts to get enough service i am sending this mail to you. with a big hope
