Taken tip of 25 rs even after delivery of 18 days

My hp agency is with Pragati gas services., new railway road, gurgaon. I have booked gas on 1/2.I got the cylinder on 18/2., adelay of 18 days against a promise of 7 days. The man who came with the cylinder took from my maidservant 340 rs against a bill of 313.04 rs.my consumer no. is 712551.I complained to the gas agency on 20/2 but to deaf ears
