HP Gas
Inordinate delay in the supply

I am a customer of Ravi Prasad Agencies, Nacharam, Hyderabad. My Consumer No. is 610410. I have booked for a refill of the above gas on the 18th Feb. and I have been given the number with an assurance that the gas would be delivered after four days. However, till date the refill has not been delivered. When I reminded the persons in charge of the gas agency, they had advised that the gas has been billed on 19th Feb.. When I informed them that the refill has not been delivered they promised delivery within a couple of days. Although nearly 10 days have lost there is no trace of delivery of gas. Now the agency is not lifting the phones either.

I solicit an immediate action.
