No delivery of cylinder after booked on last month

I have booked cylinder on 16 feb 09 but till now i don't recieved cylinder when i visit to distributors office there was no responce but they will shouted (Misbehaved) on us & said no cylinder was giving to you go any where
you want & lodge complaint the two days was past we don't have gas in our house to make food
so please take action on those staffs. as earlier as possible plz tell him to deliever cylinder to me
