Misbehave of your staff

Respected sir,

I want to draw your attention towards misbehavier of your staff Mr. Vijay Mangode (staff of allied gas traders, bajaj nagar Nagpur). I want to get my waiting list number for refill cylinder, so on20/03 at7.00p.m. I went to office of allied gas traders Bajaj nagar. Mr Vijay Mangode said that booking time is closed. I was agree to his statement. But, after it he said that if you pay Rs500/-then you will immediately get your cyllinder tomorrow i.e.on21/03.(Same day booking & same day delivery). This is really a shocking incident for me. What is happening in your Allied gas traders, Bajaj nagar Nagpur? If you give your attention towards this complain, then it will solve problems of many of your customers.
