NON DELIVERY OF REFILL

I have booked my refill on 5th feb.2009 & my refill slip no.was 5649.My gas distributor is CITY GAS,

SAHARANPUR, U.P.I have visited & requested for the delivery of Gas refill about six or seven times, every time I was told that the refill would be delivered the very next day. Today I am complaining after waiting the

whole day, tomorrow will be the weekly off of the distributing agency.

I hope my complain will find a solution forthwith.
