Non Delievry of Gas

Dear Sir

My consumer number is 607602.l. My dealership name is Amarsons Gas Service (19637900), located at Power House Road Bathinda. We already booked our cylinder on 16-03. Today its 26th March.

I called multiple times but everytime they excused about they are running out of Gas. From last 3 days we are running out of gas.

I guess cylinder has to be delieverd with in 24 hours after booking peroid. I would like to talk to one of the senior representative if they can explain the matter why they are stating everytime they are running out of gas.

Please suggest us if there is any other solution so we can get cyclinder as soon as we can.
