Ash and delay in gas supply

We would like to complain on Hp Gas of Shakthi Enterprises at Jayanagar where we have the problem contineously the supply is always delay and they do not provide in time We have to atleast call twice or three times for the supply. And also when I enquired same thing with my friends and sisters house also the supply is delay. Today they are wrongly giving the information that we have locked the doors while they came to my residence. we were very much there in the house not even 5secs we have locked the door. Even we had called the complaint cell 2 months back and got the feed back that the supply will be in time. The driver and Delivery boys coming and shouting at ladies at home this is not we expect from your esteem company. We cannot take any arrogant and rash reply from your employees. We want easy going from your side. This is request from me and all other customers also. Even the people at Telephone who takes the booking talk very rudely. If you want we can provide the addresses and consumer nos. who are facing this problem.
