Delay in suppling refilled cylinde

Dear Sir

I have booked for a refill of gas cylinder on dated 29.04.09 vide booking serial number 5113 (Samaleswari Gas) at Maa Tarini Gas, Sambalpur. My cosumer number is 605796 of Samleswari Gas which is suspended and authorised to Maa Tarini Gas at Sambalpur, Orissa to serve. But always I am facing such type of delay in delivery of your dealer and tempered cylinder.

Hope administration will look after my compailnt as early as posible.
