H.p gas
Delay in delivary

I have a H.p .gas commection (DOUBLE CYLINDER).consumar number:-600220. I booked my gas on 20.04.2009. but i got my gas yesterday. when i call my H.P.Gas delear the authority informed me that i have no booking, but when i challenged them then they assured that i get my gas as early as possible. but i was shocked when i received the gas token from my delivary man. i saw that he got my gas on 15.05.2009 but he delivered my gas yesterday (09.06.2009). This happened not for first time but it is the present condition in my area.all of your customers in this area are very much anxious.they havn't any complain about your company but only againt the delivary man. All of us logged complain against him but concerrned authority is totaly blind about this serious matter.

I hope that you will take action on our problem & the problem will me minimized soon.
