Non delivery of gas

I have booked the gas on 18-09, I have not yet received the gas, they have informed me that i will receive the gas by 28-09. Address; vishnu smurti apt. Virar (w), i book my gas cylender at distributor code 96450 VASAI BAGAR GAS Phone No. 95250-2502896, Whenever We call They says We will Deliver in two Days But not yet recived till 12 OCT by the gas agency. Please rectify the problem... very hopeless Service
