Delay in delivery

My Consumer no: 603643. I have booked on 9-jun to refill my cylinder. Booking No .:214874. On 23-July 11:30:51 a.m. we got sms from them that "HP Gas refill will be delivered within next 48 hrs, cash memo no.49629". On 25-July 01:03:49 pm we got another sms from them that "HP Gas refill delivered vide Cash Memo no.49629". But till this time (31-July) I didn't get it. The Several times I contacted our distributer "Lakshmi Narayana Agencies, Alappuzha, Kerala", but they are irresponsible. I have no substitute. Please take necessary action.
