Delay in delivery of gas

My gas No.is 610277. My booking No. is 227264 dtd 05/07/09, till today14/08/08 the gas has not been delivered. Since I have only one connection this delay is placing me is extreme difficulties. kindly do the needful so that I may get the suply is time further onwards.
