Extra Charges & Forced to Purchase Other utencils

Sir / Madam, I would like to bring to your notice that, I have opeted for new gas connection at Wada from Mr. R.D. Patkar (HP Gas Dealer) At & Post Wada Dist Tahne having agency no 95587. When I went I enquired about the connection and other formalities which I need to do I was asked to Pay extra Charges of Rs. 4820/- for connection. In addition to this he was also forcing me to purchase utencils and ask me to pay extra charges of Rs. 400/- for that. Sir, I asked him that I do not require all these but he said that if you want a connection then it is mendatory and we have to pay me both amounts. When I refused the same he denied to give me connection.

Sir, Gas connection is one of the basic needs of common man and due to this I have faced lot of problems and pressure. This is for you kind attention and necessary action.
