Refill supply of Domestic cyl not made after 18 days of booking

Dear Sir

I am a Consumer of HP Gas of Hindustan Petroleum Corpn. Ltd. with their agency M/s Kota Gas Company, Nayapura, Kota Rajastan. My consumer No. is 505682. I have booked for refill supply of Domestic cylender (14.2 kg) on 03-08. But till date 21-08. no supply made to me. I also remind the so called distributor several time for deliver the cylender but his answer is " We have a back log" and your booking number is in waiting". He also not clear the possible date of delivery.

His behavier to the consumer is not good. I request you kindly advise the company/distributor to deliver supply timely to delight the consume
