cylinder booked 20 days before but still not delivered, this is happening whenever we book the cylinder.

If you make call to distributer, they'll say it'll be delivered within 2 days but never.

I am seeing this kind of problem for last 1 year.

Is HP gas taking care of customer complaint or simply they are putting the complaints in the dust bin because i made number of complaints and can see same kind of complaints from other customers also and no action on that.

Is anyone looking this complaint or Are we wasting our time?
