Harassment on booking!

Iam coustmer of hp gas since last 2 years. i recently got my gas booked on 25 december, they say it will take 10 days... and this is not first time they are saying it. Every time they say some time a week or 10 days and iam not sure how much one should wait after booking??? If iam not going to get it within 2 days iam bound to take legal action... my consumer no.633612... the conerned gas agency is in sector27c Chandigarh
