Delay in delivery of gas cylinde

I am neetu i resideat # 607, B Anu Appts, Near hope farms, whitefield area of bangalore. my gas agency is sri ganesh gas agency, i have not recvieved my refill yet, booked on 11th sept was promised by agency tht they would deliver it by 13th sept, have not recevd yet. inspite of repeated phone calls they donot do the needfull, i had a similar complaint in the month of july, and i got the delivery of time in aug, but the problem reoccurs in sept. pls resolve this issue at the earliest as it is very difficult to followup on the delivery and the entire cycle of delivery goes for a six, if we donot get the gas as per the committed date. pls do the needful.
