Miss behave by the serving staff in absent of Manage

Dear Sir,

I want to draw of you kind attaintion regarding this matter, that after one month visit (From: 20.08.2009 to 20.08.2009) to H.P.Gas at Bishnupur Branch, Distt: Bankura. (W.B.), Pin-722122. for take a new cooking gas connection. But they continually fail their dates due to non available their manager in office at office time after all my documents and co-operation. Finally I have meet with the manager on 13.09.09 and he responce in my request, give me application form with a new date on 20.09.09 to deposit it and he will arrange for it. So I attain in his offfince as he said, but I could not find him as the other dates, then I request after told my problem one of the office staff who attainding the customers, to head over my applicaton form to the manager due to non available of any applicaion box, but the person and their collige are demanding of Rs. 100/-, when I refused that, they miss behave me with slang languages and said that " to take a gas connection I have to spand all my life if I don't give the amont".

So I heartily request you, to take necessary action against it, and arrange for give me a new gas connecton as soon as possible.
