Late Delivery of gas cylinderand complaint against sales office

I booked my gas delivery on 25 dec. 2007 but i do not got the delivery yet. I tried to contact sales officer of HP Gas Mr. Chaudhary onhis mobile no.9872809728 but his mobile was switched off the whole day. Cylinder can be purchased from market in black at the rate of 600 hundred .thenfrom where the black marketer get the cylinder. My consumer no. 4679
