I got the connection from Aparajita Bharat Gas in Bhubaneshwar after running to the office for a lot of times. It took them 3 weeks as they had numerous pending connections. Also they told me that they will give the connection immediately if I buy the stove from them only else it may take a month to proceed. So I had to take the stove also and the bill came 3000/- Rs for a single gas connection. If one visits the office, they can see the office members sleeping on the chair and they have an improper way of behaviour to their customers. One has to run after them continuously to get the work done. I wanted to book a gas through phone. I called them, but no one picked up. After 2 minutes when I dialed again, the no. went busy. Same problem was with the other no. also. So I had to go to their office, there I could see the members taking rest, dozing off. Finally I booked the gas and they said that the gas will get delivered within 7 days. But at that moment one person came and inquired about the gas that he had booked 2 weeks ago. These fellows didnt listen and said that they will get them delivered on Monday. The fellows sitting over there are very lazy and donot have a proper customer delight.
