Non-adhere to the schedule

Sir,

My HP GAS consumer No.614472. I am purchasing HP GAS from M/S. DANISH GAS ENTERPRISES.

I have booked GAS Cylinder on 25-9-09, till now I have not received.

The Dealer takes minimum 10 days to supply the GAS after booking date. While booking they say GAS will be sent in four or a week, but they don't adhere to it. We have to remind them four or five times after the given time.

I am having 2 cylinders. Because of their attitude of supplying gas not in time. both GAS cylinders is empty. I am facing lot of problem since I am entirely depending on the GAS for cooking.

At the beginning I was getting the GAS from RAM Agencies, Rajajinagar. I never felt any problem. The supply was very prompt. After shifting my residence I am facing this problem. I am a retired person, aged 63 years.

May I get relief? Please.
