Leakage cylinder not replaced

Dear Sir,

My consumer HP gas consumer no is 585448.

I have received refilled cylinder on 4th October and we found that there is gas leakage from that cylinder. I have been complaining constantly and asking to replace the cylinder but till now nothing has been done to replace the leakage the cylinder. Although their technician came to attend the complaint but he is not ready to listen our concern. Although it is a very seious issue but they are not worried about it.

I request you to look into the matter and help me to resolve this problem.
