Irresponsible behaviou

Hi,

I went to apply for a new gas connection from HP. The time was 11:45 AM and was asked to come the next day around same time. When asked to provide atleast the form to fill up, was asked to do the same the next day as well. When when the next day, was told that the concern person has went to the BSNL office and hence I need to come the next day. I insisted to get the work done and as a result the form was provided which I duly filled and provided the required doucments. Then was told to come by 6PM in the evening. I arrived around 5:30 PM. To my surprise again I was asked to come the next day by 11:30 AM. It was told to me that the concern person is again not there and hence I cannot be provided the gas connection even though I have provided the required documents.
