Non delivery of Booked cylinde

Hello,

my consumer number is 616650 and dealer is lalitha gas agency, kengeri satellite town bangalore 560060. I had taken cylinder on 3 november and booked cylinder oin december. I have only cylinder. We are 4 member in the family. Since I have only one cylinder I had to wait to refill after it is finished. Now When I ask for cylinder Agency people say that I had taken cylinder when they have never deliverd. Now 7 day without cylinder and festival is tomorrow 15/1. The record of their shows that they have delivered cylinder on my name to somebody and now they say I need to wait for 10 days. The record on my book shows that I have taken cylinder on 3 november. Is there anybody to listen to my complain and help to give me cylinder today 14 jan because I am in need of cylinder.

Please I cannot afford to pay for hotel.
