HP gas (badal agency) is pathetic

I have been waiting for my gas refill for last so many days. Each day i have to call them and check if they are coming today for my refill.

I am fed up of there answers which is the same " kal deliver ho jayega."

why they do not understand and sell our booked cylinder to somebody else.. or there are really so much shortage of gas with hp.
