This is the complaint against the Ratan Gas Enterprises, Rahatni, Pune, Maharashtra State.
The complaint is for not receiving the booking calls. Very poor service regarding the booking of consumer no. on Telephone. Please look into the matter to solve the problem. SMS service should be provided as one of your agent "RANKA GAS, Chinchwad, Pune is providing the same.
