Dear Sir,

I am a customer of SMRUTI GAS (Code No. 19618100), Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar-9. My Customer No. is 663277. I had applied for release of second cylinder on 22.07.2008 vide their serial No. 906 dated 22.07.2008. Though, more than one year has elapsed, I have not received any communication till date. Today I met the persons of SMRUTI GAS and they have hardly any time to listen to me.

2. Therefore, I request you to please release the second cylinder at the earliest, for which I shall remain ever grateful to you.
