Charging too much for new connection than printed rate

In the HP GAS Branch addressed Chachai, ANuppur District Madhya pradesh, For every new cylinder connection they are chrging 3000 to 3300 for each cylinder new connection despite the amount appearing in new connection issue statement voucher appeares to be 1600, otherwise they are insisting all customer to take whatever legal action possible by the them, and directly denying for all new connection.

Also for transfer of connections to other branch they are charging Rs 500 Extra.
