HP Gas agency torturing customers!

Dear Sir,

I am Scientist with Dabur at Sahibabad, livining in Rajendra Nagar Sahibabd, Ghaziabad (u.p.) and having your connection for home LPG gas with your distributor M/s Panwar Gas Agencies, Shop No. 10 Sector-14 GDA Market, Raj Nagar and his code is 6325100 Ghaziabad, my consumer code no.616268.

We generally found the gas with 15-20 days after booking of the gas with the answer that there is short supply of gas in the market.

Gas cylinder is supplying by them in short by weight most of the time and some times there is water inside the cylinder to adjust the weight. I am continously trying (25-01) to contact his number 0120 -2822801 & 2825032 to complain regarding the short by weight but number are lying busy.

I request you, please take the necessary action against him immediately.
