Delivery of second cylinde

Dear sir, I am a consumer of HP LPG GAS & consumer number is 611523 . I have taken my first cylinder from universal gas agencies, Taliparamba, kannur (kerala) on 27-10 and i have applied for the second cylinder in the same year.booking number is 954 . second cylinder is not delivered. It is impossible to manage with single cylinder.kindly do the needful so that i can get SECOND GAS CYLINDER earliest.
