Delay in receiving cylinde

Dear Sir,

I Mr. N.N.Raju bearing customer ID 639723, Sai Gas agency, gudur.

I have booked my cylinder on 7/11/09 till date i have not received the cylinder with having a regular follow up with gas agency. I have met thrice to the agency directly but no use.

Earlier also I have registered complaint dated 14/10/09 but till now there is no action from your end also.

I kindly request you to take necessary action and do the needful to reach the cylinder at earliest.
