Not taking Gas Connection Orde

Today, I have visited Mane Gas Agency, Near Vartak Nagar, Thane (W) to apply for new gas connection. I have shifted to this place recently and already have a Gas Stove. The agency refused to give me a only gas connection as told me that it is compulsory to purchase Gas Stove from them for Rs. 3, 000/-.

This is black mailing; why should I purchase a gas stove if I already have one. This is against consumer interest and agencies like this spoiling the reputation of HP Gas.

Can someone help as now I am thinking to move to Bharat Gas for new connection.
