Non delivery of Gas after 32 days of booking

I have booked my gas on 02 nd January. After lapsing 20 days i have asked the agency, they informed that cykinder already delivered. I told that i have not received the gas. Now both of my cylinders are empty. Eventhough i am contacting several times by phone and directly, they simply told that they already delivered, and informed that to day we will send, this is the word i am hearing for the last 10 days. My wife and kid (2.5 years old) sufferring lot. My consumer No. 620320
