Non Delivery of the TV Connection since 2.5 months

To Whomsoever concerned,

I have been transferred from Bangalore on 4th November and applied for the TV connection in "Hindustan Gas agency", Distributor code 952370, located in Alway, PO: JJ Nagar. I submitted all my documents in the last week of November for the connection after being transferred to Hyderabad. They told that it will take about 1.5 months to get a connection. After1.5 months they told that the stationary is not available and to come after2 weeks. After two weeks they told there is no regulator. When they got the regulator they told to come the nextday. When I went yesterday that is on 6th February they have kept the shutter down. Today that is on 7th February when I went again they say that the regulator is not there and they also used abusive language against me.

The concerned person who was dealing with it was Mr. Krunakar Reddy whose phone number is 9849554026. I must say that it is a very Poor service shown by them.

Please let me know what should I do as the agency is not giving me the connection.

Its now three months I am without a connection (Cylinder).
