Delay of Gas (refill) delivery

My Consumer Number is 632209 and I have booked with my agent M/s. Vasai Bazar Gas service at Virar for Gas refill on 24th Jan` my booking number is 15092. I told to deliver th gas by 2nd Feb` but till the date gas not been delivered, even they are not attending phone.

Vasai Bazar agency not consumer friendly, their way of talking also very rough, whenever we visit to their shop.

Please take immediate action.
