Non- Attendance of Complains

I'am a consumer of HP Gas from Rajdhani Gas, Bhubaneswar, Orissa vide Consumer No. 629064. My gas cylinder is leaked on 29.12.2009 and I tried to contact the Distributor on Ph. No.s 2561300, 2562300 & 2563300 but no one attend the call. Also I have lodged my complain through E-mail to the Distributor, but no one attend the same yet. Even I tried to lodge the complain onlin HP gas but unable to get confirmation from online. Kindly do the needful.
