Gas delivery delay

My consumer no.is 623370 of HP Gas at mira road east, station road branch. I have made booking for gas cylynder on 9th of march and today is 3rd of April. I waited for my delivery for 10 days but after that when i call them, they reply that my person has gone for delivery or tomorrow delivery will happen so on.

so, they failed to deliver my gas cylynder in last 20 days after daily follow-ups.
