Late delivery and wieght problem

This is 2nd time where i m facing the late delivery... i have booked gas on 12 th march and they said it will get deliverd in 10 days.. till now the date is 24th march i have visited the hp gas office to collect the gas... so they said that it will take more days... and there is no gas in the office and the people there they asked me to collect the gas from godown... and they r not giving response and are very rude... our gas used to work for 45 days but this time it got over by 20 days... there some problem in weigth... distruber jogeswari west near railway station... the distrubter code 7.956670.12... plz contact us 9892132098
