Dear Sir,

My internet Booking No. 262130 booking Date 22-May Status: Downloaded by Distributor 24-May 12:32:34 Distributor Order No. 15880

With reference to above detail refill was delivered to me dt: 24- May time 12:32:34, but kindly note that still i am not at all received any refill till now (24-May 09:10 PM). After checking my status I called back to your distributor at (04:00 PM) but as usual telephone operator is very rudely talk with me & disconnect the line without giving any answer properly.

To Provide friendly & courteous service at all time.

To Provide refill within 24 hours

Is HP Gas right in using such phrases, No bacause behaviour of almost all distributors are very roud & They not at all provide refil within 24 hours, So Pls check your consumer status & they satisfied or not
