My Gas Agency Distributor code is 966170

The numbers provided by the distributer is always enganged. In fact, I have tried for more than 3 hrs but have not got thru their number. They purposely keep the phones down since I do not believe that their lines are so busy since most of us have shifted to piped gas.

Can someone look into this please?
