Non delivery of gas cyline

I, Sri Partha Pratim Pal, having Consumer No. 613416 would like to lodge a complaint against my H.P. Gas Distributor – Quick Gas Services, Distributor Code – 958670 at Uttarpara, Dist.- Hooghly, West Bengsl.

I have booked for a gas cylinder on 29.3.2008. Till today i.e.6.5.2008 they have not delivered the cylinder to my house. This thing happens in every month. Whenever I contact them through telephone they never pick up their phone though they have four telephone number. Their telephone Nos. are 033-26634582, 033-26638109, 033-22274438, 033-22269428. When I personally reached their office on 2.5.2008 they told me that they were issuing slip of 30-31/4. Than means my slip had already delivered earlier but the delivery boy did not reached my home to deliver the cylinder.

Previously I lodge a complaint to you through e-mail. I don’t know whether there is really a shortage of gas supply or it is created by some corrupt business element. So please look into it.
