Non delivery of Refill cylinde

This is third time i have booked online for refilling the cylinder in 4 days the cylinder is not yet delivered yet and this issue is always there and if you see you can get the status number of times i have complained.

When i try to call their mentioned numbers either it came continuously busy or if it rings nobody picks the phone, I am expecting a permanent resolution of the above said issue and priority delivery of the cylinder, Please find below the record of the online booking of cylinder refill.

Even i had made complain with HP as well but didn't got any resolution yet.
