Disregard for time

I use gas very economically. I am a working woman, multi-tasking person. When I want a cylinder, I usually used to put the empty cylinder in the car and pick up the new one when I pass by the agency. However, this time 12.6.2008 when I booked they said that they cannot give it and that it will be delivered at home. The fear that I always had, that of disregard of time did actually happen and I had to compromise on many work that were pending. When I asked them seriously, they took it offensively, and as any agency related to the government, they did not seem to understand the time factor and behaved arrogantly like any body related to the government. In this regard, I would like to make a suggestion which would be good for the customers. Approximate time of delivery has to be fixed so as not to harass the consumer. I am sure this is practical, if it is given a thought. Hope such problems don't continue.
