Delay in new gas connection

Hi,

I have applied for a new gas connection on 10/10 and its been more than 1 and half years!! [1.5 years ..!!! ] and there has been till now no response and the connection has not been provided till date.

The agency is Lalitha Gas Agency in Kengeri Satellite Town, Bangalore -60.

The agents are also rude to customers and the response is very poor..

Could you please take necessary action and provide us the connection as soon as possible.

My another request is, whenever there is some new allotment going on, there should be some notice or intimation provided to the customers ..
