Non booking refill cylinde

I gave complaint on 9th june vide nos.08002656&08002655. about non-booking of gas by our dealer sai krishna gas agency, gachibowli, hyderabad.my consumer no. is 620527. Again I booked gas through Tele.no.12665 on line onthe same day my number is 4/9th june 08.But the dealer says for him there is no such on line booking. He further refuses to register my gas refill booking and says he will send in few days. and refuses to give any reg. no. for my booking. If you check the records you will know that i have not been given gas during last 5 or 6 months. But he will be showing as if I am taking.which will clarify that he is blackmarkeing the gas. Please do the needfull
